Pierre received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He entered into the commercial landscape industry as an entry level gardener realizing to gain the valuable experience that drives his company today. Pierre quickly learned that "the sky's the limit" as self-motivation moved him up the corporate ladder, from middle and upper management positions, to starting up two successful landscape companies. He is now the President of Marizco Landscape Management, Inc. With Pierre's experiences he is able to relate to the difficulties and rewards of all positions, from lower to upper echelons, and is heavily involved with training, day to day operations, marketing, and customer service.
Richard Erts

With twenty years experience in Landscape Management Richard has experience ranging from maintenance and design to installation and irrigation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In addition he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and earned a Qualified Applicators License from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Richards hobbies include gardening, hiking, traveling with his family, and anything at the beach.
Zeke Ortiz

Zeke has over 12 years of experience in the areas of landscape management, design, and installation and his people skills are unsurpassed. Zeke not only sells customer service, he delivers; Zeke, a true servant, lives to serve at home, work, church, and as a volunteer with too many to list! Many of his clients start out as a client and quickly turn in to bonding friendships. Prior to his career change, Zeke was employed at Agilent/HP for 20 years as a mechanical engineer where he has gained valuable skills in management, troubleshooting, and communications. His positive attitude and outlook on life is key to our successful company.
Michael Cann

Michael Cann has been in the landscape industry since 1986. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is also a CLT-C Certified (California Landscape Technician – Construction). His career began with summers spent on a residential installation crew, and after graduating have expanded to both commercial and residential work for large landscaping firms in the North Bay. Michael's experience covers landscape design, irrigation design, drainage, concrete, flagstone, pavers, wood construction, with a primary focus on installation and renovation. Michael is the proud father of three children; Tanner age 4, Charli (girl) age 2 and Jagger age 3 weeks. Michael's creative outlets include pencil and ink drawings that have brought accolades from local art fairs, including his receiving the Dale Messick scholarship and Bank of America award for artistic abilities.
Larry D. Wei

A life long affection with working in landscaping led Larry to attend the College of Marin, completing the Landscape Management, Construction, and Nursery Courses, and has since managed commercial landscapes for over 15 years. A member of the Industry Advisory Committee of the College of Marin, Larry assisted in revising the schools curriculum for the Landscape Department. His leadership abilities extend to his personal life as Larry volunteers helping needy veterans, has organized landscape projects throughout the City of Petaluma, and enjoys being a Cub Scout Leader and baseball coach with his two boys. Larry, a Marine Reserve for 24 years holds the position of 1st Sgt of HQ Company 23rd Marines.
Javier Alonso

Javier has 12 years experience in irrigation , is QWEL and Irrigator certified. He is Bilingual in English and Spanish and a valued member of our team. He loves playing golf and spending time with his beautiful wife and three children. Life has just taken on new meaning for Javier as he has just welcomed home a new baby. Congratulations Javier!
Jim O'Shea

Jim brings over seventeen years of business leadership to our team, in addition to his AS degree in English from Illinois Central College in 1982. He has retail management experience (managing two irrigation supply stores), as well as landscape construction management experience on projects up to $1.3 million. Over the past three years Jim has been managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts throughout the North Bay. Jim's focus is ensuring our clients' needs are met in a timely manner. He achieves this by coordinating our internal resources to meet our clients' expectations.
